The mydreamservices standard support level provides 9×5 support services and is available for both free and paid accounts:

The mydreamservices standard support level provides 9×5 support services and is available for both free and paid accounts:
  • This support tier offers a good balance between cost and 24×7 availability

    Who is it for? Customers with live systems or MSPs running customer POCs needing round-the-clock support with SLA guarantees..
